What you need…
- Olive oil
- Brussels sprouts
- Cherrywood smoked salt
- Dense whiskey cheddar cheese
I use a little olive oil and half tablespoon butter
I start sautéing 10 thin sliced Brussels sprouts on med heat
Then cube and add tempeh about halfway through your sprout cook time.
I like mine a little browned.
Chop and toss in garlic and cook to your desired crispness or softness.
I add the cherry wood smoked sea salt and toss a it more. After turning off heat I cut slivers of the whiskey cheddar cheese mand melt on top of the finished dish.
