whats up man its been a long time. Im interested in getteing some personal training, i just started working out about a month ago and i want to get more muscle and get shredded. I have no idea what I’m doing and like i said interested in some personal training. I do not know if you do 1 on 1 training or if you just own a gym but please get back to me whenever you get time
Thanks

Joe,
I had a quick question about your training. I’ve tried to pin-point a routine that you might stick to but am drawing a blank. I’m a big follower of yours on FB and really enjoyed the “simplyshredded” article. I’ve been active in gym for years but only the past year have i tried to step back from the traditional “meat-head” weight routine. I’m trying to use more kettlebells, core, and other movements I see you demonstrate in your video (and man are they harder than they look). I’m trying to building strength/function/endurance for my BJJ and overall MMA studies. Would def. appreciate any help or direction you could give. Thanks bro.

johnny i really dont stick to one plan. i stick to moves and variations , sets and reps of them . sometimes even timed sets=. almost every workout i do is different and the same for my clients. unless you are body building/ powerlifting i believe you should lift by feel. there is no nevercous system on paper.
A girlfriend & I are interested in beginner’s classes. Is there anything available tomorrow (1/20/12) after 1pm? If not we will wait until next week sometime. Thanks!
