There comes a time when everything can become stale.
While practice makes you better! doing the same thing constantly can leave you either with repetitive strain injuries or even lack of motivation from boredom.
This is another outside the norm idea that I have to help you excel at kettlebell sport while following my philosophy that when you hit a wall find an easy way around it instead of bashing your head into it over and over again.
Here are 4 videos that will provide you with some kettlebell sport alternatives to keep your body and mind challenged while becoming strong in slightly different planes and angles other than what you are used to.
Make no mistake, these are definitely more advanced exercises, please do not attempt them without proper coaching and or supervision!

Im not the best at high rep kettlebell snatch. But, Im happy to say I felt like snatching the 28kg for a GS set last night .
Glad I did because it had been several months since I last attempted it. New Personal Record of 65Left and 66 Right I believe.

Here is a quick yet effective kettlebell workout of the week using snatches and bodyweight sprawls or burpees for 10 round. Feel free to modify to your level

Free Swing This Kettlebell Workouts
This is a tough one!! it is based on the EMOM style. (Every minute on the minute) Basically at the start of the minute start the exercises and the goal is to complete them as fast as you can to get the most amount of rest as possible before the next minute starts.
CHRISTMAS METAL! This was a workout we did with a large group of people this past christmas eve morning and a good one for cross training with kettlebell sport
FOAM ROLL AND Mobilize your joints!
Grouping A. You have 3 minutes to complete this grouping before it starts again.
1 minute snatch on each side. then 10 Body weight Squats. 8 rounds.
Grouping B You have 2 minutes to complete this groupng HURRY UP!!
45 seconds Long Cycle then 30 seconds russian twist with kettlebell 8 rounds
Grouping C You have 1 minute to complete before you must start up again.
3 Divebomber pushups followed by 4 Box Jumps or Tuck Jumps if you are worried about box jumps. 8 rounds
