There comes a time when everything can become stale.
While practice makes you better! doing the same thing constantly can leave you either with repetitive strain injuries or even lack of motivation from boredom.
This is another outside the norm idea that I have to help you excel at kettlebell sport while following my philosophy that when you hit a wall find an easy way around it instead of bashing your head into it over and over again.
