Here is a list of all the therapies that i have tried  for recuperation from exercise and or injury.   Although i have never had a major injury (knock on wood) i have had several bad sprains , a partial tear in the infraspinatus of the rotator cuff,  and multiple lower right back strains.   This will be a log of what i have done to maintain flexibility and quality of life as I age and continue to train, practice kettlebell sport, train for a powerlifting meet and someday make  another showing on the body building stage.
