This is one of the most beneficial tools i have found for relieving neck tension and helping to get more relaxed through the day.   Some of us have terrible postures from sitting at the computer all day or just have a brain that weighs a ton…….  ( sarcasm )

Anyway, the muscles that support the neck are under constant actions through the day.  Tight cervical  muscles can  impede blood flow and entrap nerves  that need to go to the rest of the body.       I have found  that i can relax and have less headaches if i relax in this pillow for about 20 min  sometime in the day and before I go to bed.  I have noticed deeper more vivid dreams and an all around less tense neck, which is great for all the training I do.
