Well if you take the time during the game to do a few of these mobility exercises while watching the game it won’t matter.
You’ll end up a winner.
This can be a start to something you can do everyday or every weekend to end the compounding stress you are putting on your body from training hard or training HARDLY at all.
Remember everyone needs to move. If you don’t Move it you WILL LOSE IT!! Range of motion of course.
So while the game is one even if you have a beer or two you can work on a few of these exercises to help loosen your tight tissues up. What have you got to lose?? (No don’t do this when your drunk of course…)
